Hi Kyosuke, As you say, tendon (tempura bowl) is greasy, so I think it's good to enjoy it once in a while, but not too often ;-) I love sushi and udon too, and my best udon is Inaniwa udon from Akita. Have you tried this udon before? I think it's available at an ordinary super market.
