I'm a muscle training on thursday and friday with my friend.
We started training at three manth ago.
I have a poor physique. I hope change my body.
We are train about one hour.
A muscle training hard and tired.
But it was effective.
We are gain strength a little.
I'm happy to gain strengh.
So I'm keep on trainning after this.
