World heritage Sites

Hello! I'm Yuri.
Does everybody like the sea? I love the sea since I was a child.

The World Heritage Site I'd like to see is the New Caledonia Barrier
 Reef
It’s placed in the New Caledonia Barrier Reef has a length of 1,600 km, and a lagoon is about 23,400 km2 of area.

New Caledonia is called "the island nearest to Heaven" in Japan.
Because, Morimura Katsura’s novel wrote “the island nearest to Heaven”

I'd like to see the beautiful sea and coral reef by my eyes.
And I would like to take many photographs, if it can go there.

  1. I've heard of the phrase of "the closest island to the heaven", but I didn't know it refers to New Caledonia. Morimura's novel sounds interesting and I requested a Kindle version :-)
